The business office is responsible for accounts payable, school tuition collection, tuition assistance, and the recording of donations to the parish.

Tuition Payments: Tuition may be paid in one of the following ways:
- Annually-Due July 15th
- Full payment of tuition via check or money order(no cash) directly to the Business Office. This option entitles payee to 3% discount.
- Full payment of tuition via credit card- MasterCard, Visa or AMEX only, directly to the Business Office. No discount with this option.
2. Ten monthly payments- through the FACTS Program (commences in July).
The annual enrollment fee to the FACTS Program is currently $41.00.

Tuition Assistance-
In accordance with the School Tuition policy, tuition assistance is offered through Tomorrow Hope Foundation and through St. Patrick School Scholarship assistance. Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation has applications available between February and March 30th of the previous school year. Applications are due by April 1st. St. Patrick School Scholarship Assistance may be applied for after the awards for Tomorrow’s Hope have been awarded, and provided the family has applied to Tomorrow’s Hope first. Consideration for assistance during the year is possible if a family experiences financial difficulty.
